If you have ever felt your issues were swept under the rug or if you have ever felt unheard, l want to listen. I pride myself in being non-judgmental and able to create a safe space where you feel comfortable to share— no matter the issue and no matter the size. Clients know themselves best, that’s why I believe client-centered therapy is so important. I am here to meet you where you are at—knowing not every situation has a clear-cut solution. I have experience with clients that have trauma that they want to work through. I know all too well that sometimes life can be too much to handle on your own. I would be honored to walk alongside you, as I strongly believe that no one has to face anything alone. My hope is that I can offer support and guidance so that we can build a partnership where you feel supported and feel empowered to take on the world when you are ready.
